Industrial workers are easy to reach as industrial zones are usually very cleared marked out in Singapore.

When these groups of people have their lunch or tea breaks, they do not travel far. Another reason for them not traveling far is a large group of them do not have personal transport and it would be fairly tedious to have their meals outside of the industrial zones.
